Referrals can be made by any health and social care professional, for example, GP, social worker, psychiatrist, health trainer, health visitor, midwife or counsellor, and professionals working in schools. Click Here
Clients then receive 6 weekly/monthly 1:1 support session where they can explore issues impacting their mental health in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental setting. There is no limit to what can be discussed as the sessions are client-led and happen at a pace the client is comfortable with. Click Here

Due to barriers in accessing appropriate counselling, Roshni Ghar developed a bespoke culturally sensitive counselling service – ‘Sahara Counselling’, to meet the needs of its clients.
